Agreement: By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which form a legal agreement between you and Code4genius NGT.

Payment: All services must be paid for in full before any work commences. We accept payment via bank transfer or any other payment method agreed upon by both parties.

Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality, and we will not disclose any confidential information without your prior consent. However, we reserve the right to use non-confidential information for our own purposes, including marketing.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights arising from our services, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, will belong to Code4genius NGT unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the intellectual property solely for the purpose for which it was developed.

Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver our services within the agreed-upon timeline. However, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and labor disputes.

Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. If you believe that our services do not meet this standard, you must notify us in writing within seven days of delivery. We will make every effort to correct any errors or omissions within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, you will be liable for all fees due for services performed up to the date of termination.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved by the courts of Kenya.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by giving you notice in writing. Your continued engagement of our services will constitute acceptance of any amendments made.
